The location was amazing, with several attractions within walking distance. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel special during our romantic escape. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The walls in our room were thin, making it noisy and difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep.

Accommodating and helpful staff, especially Rosario who went above and beyond for my birthday. Clean and comfortable room. Outstanding buffet breakfast.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, just opposite the Prado museum, making it a convenient choice for art lovers. It was also within walking distance to major tourist attractions and located in the historic district. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good-sized bathroom and even a small balcony. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the helpful staff made the stay even more enjoyable.

The staff's English fluency could use some improvement, although communication was not a problem.

During my stay at Mercure, I had to leave urgently and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They allowed me to cancel my second night at the last minute, which was a huge relief. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the old imperial part of Madrid and visiting attractions like the Prado. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and the coffee was excellent. The front desk employees were polite and the neighborhood was filled with fantastic tapas bars.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was located very close to all the tourist sites, making it very easy to explore the area. The room was comfortable, and the staff was very helpful with arranging car hire and tours. I particularly liked the breakfast, which had a great selection of food, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The hotel also had great facilities such as free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception.

I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We spent a lovely Thanksgiving break at a hotel in a great location, which allowed us to walk to many attractions and enjoy the local restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised by the complementary breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious food. we enjoyed the complementary wine served at the self-service bar.

Although the room was clean, it was cramped and lacked insulation, which allowed noise from adjacent rooms to infiltrate.
