The location of this hotel is great, just a short walk down the path to the main promenade where you can find plenty of restaurants and bars. It is also near to the sea, providing beautiful views and a calming atmosphere. it is conveniently close to the airport, making it easy to get to and from. The rooms are well-equipped with everything you need and the staff provide excellent service, attending to any requests promptly.

I did experience some issues with the pool temperature, as it was a little chilly despite the indicated temperature.

Stayed at Nautilus Lanzarote and had a fantastic time. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a lovely private patio. The pool area was not overcrowded, and there was no need to rush for sunbeds. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make a special dairy-free birthday cake for our daughter. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

just back from another amazing stay at this wheelchair-friendly gem in Puerto del Carmen. The staff is incredibly helpful and the cleanliness is top-notch. The pool hoist made it easy for me to enjoy a swim. Can't wait to plan my next visit!

noisy nights

The apartments were clean and well-equipped, offering comfortable beds and sun beds with mattresses and pillows. the staff were friendly and ready to help with any requests, providing frequent updates on the situation. the complex was conveniently situated near the beach, promenade, restaurants, and shops, with a supermarket on site.

The location of the hotel was a bit far from the lively bars, making it a 25-35 minute walk to find the more vibrant nightlife. the fridge in our apartment didn't work properly, and there was no washing machine available.

our recent stay in puerto del carmen was amazing, and nautilus lanzarote surpassed our expectations. the beautiful artwork and design, close proximity to the airport, and excellent pool facilities made our stay unforgettable. the nearby beach and shopping center added convenience and variety to our experience.

Missed having a pool bar.

We had such a wonderful time at this place! The location in the stunning area of matagorda was perfect for us. We enjoyed the convenience of the car hire and bicycle hire services available here. The shops and commercial services nearby made it easy for us to get everything we needed. The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Laura, Barbara, and Marina in reception. They always went above and beyond to assist us. The service car rental and their help with taxis made our stay even more convenient. Plus, the hotel provided great facilities like an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, and sun terrace. this venue exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to everyone!

We had a fantastic stay at Nautilus, the bungalows were spacious and modern. The pool was clean and refreshing, perfect for the hot weather. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, including gluten-free options. The location was peaceful yet close to the promenade and restaurants. The on-site shop was well-stocked and convenient. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful holiday. a great experience!
