Uneven cleaning service and lack of communication about building construction noise was a big let down. Breakfast at the café is overpriced and the staff were not very welcoming.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Madrid. the location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city's bustling shopping area. The fact that it's situated on a pedestrian-only street made it even better, as it was a peaceful retreat from the busy surroundings. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had great facilities. Lastly, the view from my room on the 5th floor overlooking the main street was simply amazing. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
