the room was spacious and cleaned daily. the staff at the 24-hour reception were helpful and nice. the location was convenient, only a few minutes from the metro station. We appreciated the complimentary coffee machine in our room and the free coffee machine and water bottles in the lobby. The bathroom was large and comfortable, and the windows could be opened to air out the room. The housekeeping staff was pleasant and kept the room tidy. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, and a train station just two blocks away. The receptionist was welcoming and the hotel offered unadvertised free juice, pastries, and coffee in the morning, which was a lovely bonus.
