I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel and found a delicious cheese plate, a bottle of Rioja wine, and chocolates waiting for me in my room. It was such a warm and welcoming gesture. The staff really went above and beyond to make my stay special. The next morning, I celebrated my birthday and the hotel even brought a birthday dessert with a lit candle to my breakfast table. It made me feel so appreciated and cared for. The hotel also provided excellent service by accommodating my request for food delivery to my room. Despite the small issue of weak Wi-Fi signal in my room, it didn't bother me too much as I wasn't on a business trip. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional hospitality and amazing surprises throughout my stay.
