The staff at this hotel were excellent. The receptionist even printed out our PLF and the restaurant hostess went the extra mile to set us a breakfast table in an annexe, so we didn't have to leave our dog alone in the room. They were so kind and considerate. The breakfast was also excellent and the hotel was immaculate. Additionally, the hotel provided garaging for our car, which was really convenient.

Not obvious to find - could improve signage.

The hotel is located in a quiet street, just 5 minutes from the beach. It is also close to the lively Puertochicos area, offering plenty of entertainment options. Additionally, it is situated right in the town centre, although it is up a steep hill. The hotel is also close to the bus stop, making it convenient for exploring the city. the location is ideal for both relaxing on the beach and exploring the town.

The air conditioning system was ineffective and made it difficult to sleep due to the heat.

The hotel serves a huge buffet breakfast, perfect for my insatiable appetite. The lobby bar is so light and spacious, it's like a breath of fresh air. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my event was flawless.

It's just a shame the bus service from the airport doesn't start at 3 in the morning to accommodate my early flights.

Excellent location, easy access to old town, shopping area, and seafront. Wide choice of cold and hot food for breakfast. Clean, comfortable rooms for two guests and our dog. Friendly and efficient staff, easy check-in. Off-street parking available. Recommended. 🐾

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location in a lively neighborhood is perfect, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms with small terraces overlooking the roofs of the town are a delightful addition, with modern comfortable furniture and large bathrooms. The selection of toiletries provided is also impressive.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel in Santander. The garage parking was a lifesaver for me, especially since I had all my belongings in my car. Check-in was a breeze, and I was glad to find a pet-friendly hotel as I was traveling with my dog. The room was comfortable, and I even had a small terrace. The location was perfect, with the promenade, bars, and restaurants all within walking distance. The breakfast was absolutely delightful, with a wide variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The room was small but clean. the breakfast was good. the hotel is conveniently located near the university and the waterfront. the staff was helpful and friendly.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke when we arrived and the air conditioning did not work properly, making the room stuffy. the hotel was average and met our basic needs.

I recently stayed at Nh Ciudad De in a fabulous location for the ferry. Paula on reception was exceptional and went above and beyond to make my stay stress-free. The accommodation for my two dogs was excellent, with a dog bed provided and they even rated it 100%! The bed in the room was very comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was nice and there was free wifi available. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pet-friendly stay.
