the staff at Nh Collection were amazing, especially Laura, who made our stay a breeze. the hotel is situated in a nice area, not too far from the center. the reception staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in easy. the room was comfortable and quiet, with a big, cozy bed. the WiFi reception throughout the hotel was excellent, and we also enjoyed complimentary teas and coffee in the room. the cocktail bar had a great ambience, and the staff, especially Cristobal, were exceptional. a wonderful experience that I would definitely repeat.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, making it easy for us to explore all the sights and attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure that we had a memorable stay. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping and laundry services. We were also impressed with the range of amenities that the hotel offered, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities in the room. The mini-bar and in-room safe were also convenient additions.

The rooms were not as soundproof as advertised. During Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, the music from the bar could be heard in the rooms until 1am, making it impossible to sleep.
