As business guests, we appreciated the helpful and polite staff, comfortable rooms, and the hotel's quiet location. The availability of taxis and the nearby bus route made it easy for us to travel to the city centre, despite being a little outside the main area. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, and restaurants was convenient for our needs.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the beautiful city it is situated in. With its close proximity to some decent bars and being in the center of Spain, it is a convenient base for a stay. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making my time here very enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable, with a nice bed and bedding, and I had a beautiful view of the park. Additionally, the fact that breakfast was included in the price was a great bonus.

the staff at Parque were extremely helpful and friendly, especially during check-in. the location was perfect, as everything I wanted to visit was within walking distance. the upkeep and cleanliness of the hotel were top-notch. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable daily rate as well. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was sparkling clean and well-maintained. the beds were comfortable, and the tea/coffee making facilities were a plus. the location was great - right by a beautiful park, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the staff was professional and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

The hotel didn't have on-site parking, which meant we had to park in an off-site garage. Though it was a short walk away, it did become a bit of a hassle when we had to load and unload our luggage.

Good location near the main attractions and the lovely park. The blend of modern and ancient is evident in the beautiful streets. Delicious breakfast buffet. Walkable distance to the city center. Oh, and the views of the park and Sierra Cantabria are just terrible.
