Great hotel in a prime location. Steps away from Plaza Mayor and surrounded by historic charm. The rooms are beautifully designed with unique castle details. Despite some minor inconveniences, like navigating stairs and parking challenges, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its location, ambiance, and modern amenities.

The hotel itself is housed in a charming old palace, retaining its historic features. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the city and its attractions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. Additionally, the hotel arranged discounted parking for us at a nearby public car park, which was very convenient.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful, with a great variety of food available. the staff were also good and always willing to help with any requests or questions. the location was very central, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. there were two complementary facts offered which were appreciated.

The room layout could have been better planned, with the closet being located opposite the foot of the bed and the TV to the side. the noise level within the hotel was somewhat high, which made sleeping at night a bit challenging.
