The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing room service and keeping our room spotless. We also appreciated the tour and ticket assistance, making it easy for us to explore the city. The buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. we were extremely impressed with the quality and comfort of this hotel.

The garage can be a bit challenging to access, with tight turns and a door that swings inwards.

Had a decent time during Christmas at this hotel. the complementary breakfast spread was impressive, with fresh fruits and a range of cheeses and meats. the location was a stone's throw away from the famous old Cathedral, making sightseeing super easy. Loved the view of the city from the room window and the staff was friendly.

The room was oddly laid out, and the bathroom lacked basic toiletries. the bed was uncomfortable, and the heating system was finicky.

Great potential wasted by poor reception

During our stay at Sercotel, we unfortunately encountered some issues with the reception. We had trouble getting into the hotel from the garage and had to ask several people for directions. However, the breakfast in the restaurant was delicious with plenty of choices. The rooms, although a bit cramped, were comfortable and the hotel is in a fantastic location. I would recommend this hotel for its potential and prime location.
