the location was ideal, as it was very central and close to restaurants. the staff at the hotel were excellent, providing friendly and efficient service. the room was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and amenities like a safe and fridge/minibar. the breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options, including cheeses, meats, and pastries. I also appreciated the quiet room I was allocated, ensuring a peaceful stay. I was impressed with the hotel's facilities, cleanliness, and the exceptional service provided by the staff.

Terrible bathroom experience and lack of light in the room. the washbasin was too small to contain water and the noise wasn't contained, making it tough to share with friends.

The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to restaurants, shops, and even a sea view. The hotel was immaculately clean and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, especially a reception manager who was exceptionally charming and welcoming. The room itself was comfortable and had all the amenities we could ask for, including a large TV, minibar, and a safe. We also appreciated the little touches like fruit and sweets in the afternoon. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, greeting me by name upon arrival. the room was clean and well-equipped, with a safe and fridge/minibar. the breakfast was of good quality, with a varied selection of fresh cheeses, meats, and pastries. the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city, as it was within walking distance of restaurants, the port, and the main streets.

One major downside was the lack of natural light in the room, as it faced a gloomy internal space within the building. the room decor made it even darker, so I had to keep the lights on throughout the day.
