We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the apartments being brand new and super clean. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped kitchen, a large TV, and a basic gym. We were lucky to have one of the front villas with incredible views of the ocean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. In terms of location, the hotel is situated in front of the sea and is conveniently located near local restaurants and supermarkets, although they do close early.

The location of the hotel was great, being by the beach and close to several good restaurants. My villa had an incredible view of the ocean, which was a wonderful bonus. The room was spacious and modern, equipped with a large TV and dishwasher. There were also pools and a small gym available for use.

The Wi-Fi didn't work for most of my stay, which was a bit frustrating.

The location in a quiet area was perfect for a peaceful family vacation. With supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance, we had everything we needed. Plus, having a car allowed us to explore the island and discover amazing beaches. I highly recommend this wonderful place for a memorable stay.

That the pools were a bit cold during our visit. Additionally, it would have been more convenient if the apartments were better equipped with plastic cutlery, plates, and cups for young families.

I recently stayed at Nivaria Beach Apartments And Villas for a family vacation. The small cozy village atmosphere, new and well-maintained facilities, and convenient amenities like the swimming pools, fitness facilities, and underground garage were all great. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and nicely furnished with a fully-equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace with a sea view. The attentive staff, including Alvaro from the reception, made us feel at home and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

The village outside seemed deserted, leaving us with little to do. the constant wind was a major downside, making it difficult to fully enjoy the pool and outdoor areas.
