My room was beautiful, the rooftop view was spectacular, and the staff's hospitality was unmatched. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and secure coming back to my room after exploring all day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hotel's decor was inspiring. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

Had an amazing Christmas stay here! the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even surprised us with a special Christmas treat in our room. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the popular tourist attractions. We also loved the beautiful modern decor of the hotel. It really added to the overall charm of our holiday.

One downside was the small size of the shower in our suite. It was quite cramped and not very convenient to use.

The hotel location was exceptional, with easy access to main attractions and points of interest. the staff were friendly and capable of running the hotel smoothly, providing a complimentary birthday cake and a valet parking service that was quite competitive. the rooms were clean and featured small extras, such as dental kits and perfumes, that made them special.

Despite the good things that this hotel offered, it could be quite expensive, which might not fit everyone's budget. the quality of some beds was also an issue, as they were too soft to offer a good night's sleep.

Pros of my stay were the jaw-dropping design, smartly designed rooms, and unbeatable location in the heart of the city. The staff was super accommodating and made my birthday extra special with a surprise fruit platter. The exceptional amenities and small touches elevated my experience, like the welcome ice tea and rooftop bar reopening for us. The comfortable bed and well-stocked bathroom were icing on the cake. The 24-hour staff arranged airport transfers and were incredibly friendly. An incredible stay and a true gem for any traveler.

the exclusive amenities offered, like the full body massage and in-room breakfast, were outstanding. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help us with whatever we needed. We particularly enjoyed the sun terrace and the exquisite food served at the restaurant.

Despite this, our overall experience at the hotel was exceptional and we highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to have a truly luxurious and enjoyable stay.

I had an amazing stay at Nivia Born Boutique. The staff went above and beyond to make my girlfriend and I feel special. They surprised her with a personalized gift, and on my birthday, they surprised me with a little birthday cake. The small touches and gestures really made our stay unforgettable. The location of the hotel was excellent, with everything we wanted to see in Palma within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the amenities provided, like the dental kit and local perfume in the bathroom. I highly recommend this hotel.
