We absolutely loved the welcoming reception and the helpful staff. They were efficient and cheerful, making us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. The secure underground car park was very convenient, especially during bad weather. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower was great and everything was clean. The highlight was definitely the attached restaurant, which offered delicious and affordable meals. We also appreciated that the hotel was pet-friendly, allowing our furry friend to stay with us and even join us for breakfast.

Our stay at Ibis Styles was fantastic, offering great value for money. The room was well-appointed and equipped, and we especially appreciated the brilliant accessible bathroom with rails. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and even gave our dog an Ibis Styles collar, which was a delightful touch. The atmosphere was lovely, and although the restaurant was closed, we enjoyed an excellent and reasonably-priced meal in the bar. The hotel also had secure parking, which was a real bonus.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is strategically located near the highway, making it very convenient for travelers. Its pet-friendly policy is fantastic and the room was clean and cozy. We were also pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price of the food in the bar - it was excellent!

the breakfast options were limited, and the smoking smell in the room was quite unpleasant despite requesting a non-smoking room. Lastly, the price of the room was almost double during the New Year period, which we found unreasonable given the lack of maintenance in certain areas of the hotel.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in the outskirts of Pamplona. The location was perfect for me as it was adjacent to the airport, making it extremely convenient for my travel needs. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. Another highlight was the breakfast, which offered a variety of options and was a great start to the day. I was impressed with the value for money and attention to detail at this hotel.

This hotel was fantastic! the location was ideal - a little away from the town center but with good access to the motorways. Secondly, the staff and service were excellent - they were friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome. Thirdly, the basic amenities in the rooms were great - they had everything we needed and were clean and comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast was very good with a good selection on the buffet. I would highly recommend checking the hotel's webpage for a breakfast discount!
