had a great rest at a hotel in the center of Puerto de la Cruz, everything was close by, staff was friendly and accommodating, rooftop pool was refreshing and had a great view of the city.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the helpfulness of the staff. The location in the city center is ideal, making it easy to explore and enjoy all that the area has to offer.

Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

The location of Dwo Nopal was absolutely brilliant, just a short two-minute walk away from all the attractions and amenities. We were able to explore the area easily and conveniently. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel itself was also very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for us.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a lack of basic amenities in the room and some issues with the bathroom cleanliness, these did not significantly impact our overall experience.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! The contemporary decor and clean rooms were impressive. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I especially loved the rooftop lounge and swimming pool, it was the highlight of my stay. the hotel's location in the heart of the city made it easy to move around and there were tons of great places to eat nearby.

There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. the bathroom could use a little more storage space for toiletries.

The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start our days exploring the area. We loved the location as it was close to the beach and surrounded by many lovely restaurants. The free parking area helped us save money and hassle during our stay.

Our bathroom sink had a moldy smell, which was unpleasant. we had twin beds instead of one double bed, which was not ideal for a romantic trip.

The hotel was in a great location, making it easy to explore the town on foot. It was close to many restaurants and shops, and the bus station was just a short 10-minute walk away. The room was spacious and clean, with modern facilities. The staff provided friendly and helpful service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day. Additionally, the rooftop pool and terrace provided a beautiful view and a relaxing spot to unwind.

That the room lacked a view, but this was made up for by the shared terrace available to guests.
