This hotel is conveniently located for those travelling by car, as it is in a good area for business and quite close to the El Prat international airport. It also provides easy access to the centre of Barcelona. The rooms are modern and bright, with excellent air conditioning. The breakfast options are excellent, with a good variety of cereals and fruits, as well as hot food. The hotel also offers a pool with plenty of sun loungers, a bar, and a garden with games such as table tennis.

One negative aspect is that some staff members from the restaurant and hotel were rude, which affected the overall experience.

This place is located in a peaceful area, away from traffic noise, making it a perfect place to relax. It is conveniently near the airport and a quick subway ride to the city centre. The staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. Room service is available as well as other services like car hire and laundry. The hotel amenities are great, including a swimming pool, sun terrace, and a game room.

We recommend this venue to everyone.

We had an exceptional stay at Novotel in Barcelona. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel had a great pool area where our kids could have fun. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with a separate shower and bath in the bathroom. The front desk staff, especially Stefania, were helpful and gave us great recommendations for places to visit. We also found some great cafes and restaurants in the area, and there is a big supermarket nearby with affordable prices. The train station was just a short walk away, making it convenient for us to explore the city. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, spacious rooms, and convenient location.

The room was spacious and comfortable for our one-day stay. We found the facilities to be nice, especially the pool. The reception area was tidy and the room was clean. We also appreciated that the hotel was close to a supermarket and restaurants.

One drawback was that the hotel was a bit far from the city center of Barcelona. We had to take two different metros and still had a 10-15 minute walk from the closest station.

The check-in process was a complete disaster. We arrived to find that our room wasn't ready and the staff seemed unable to handle the situation.

However, despite our negative experiences, we did encounter some pleasant and helpful staff members during our stay. They tried their best to assist us and ensured that we were comfortable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was favorable, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to popular attractions. This made it convenient for us to explore the city during our stay. the helpful staff and convenient location were the only redeeming factors of our stay.

the check-in process was chaotic and confusing. There was no clear reception desk and we had to ask around to figure out what was happening.

The staff at Novotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. the hotel had great amenities, including a nice pool , table tennis, and a huge table football table which my kids loved. the hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from a tram station, making it easy to explore the city. There is also a big department store and a shopping centre nearby, offering a variety of food choices.

the hotel was incredibly comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful. It only took around 15 minutes to reach the hotel from the airport, making it very convenient for travelers. the service provided by the hotel staff was excellent, and they were able to communicate effectively in English. One of the highlights of our stay was the variety of breakfast options available, which we absolutely loved. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
