The staff upon arrival were brilliant, very welcoming and professional. the room was immaculate and had great facilities, including a fabulous shower. the location was fantastic, with shops just a 1-minute walk away and multiple beaches nearby. the historic church and remains of an 800-year-old castle were also just a short walk away.

The noise from people in the street throughout the night and early hours was quite bothersome, but I understand it's not the hotel's fault. the breakfast was not the best, with limited options and nothing fresh available.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Benidorm. First of all, the location was absolutely ideal - right in the center and close to the three beautiful beaches. It was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere and soak up the sun. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help and make sure I had everything I needed. Lastly, I was impressed with the basic amenities and overall condition of the rooms. The bed was comfy, the shower was great, and everything was kept spotless.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was flawless.

Central location, near beaches and nightlife. Clean, comfortable rooms with modern amenities. Friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic. We were in the heart of the old town, just minutes away from bars, restaurants, and shops, yet it still managed to be peaceful and quiet. Being able to explore the charming streets of the old town was a highlight of our stay.

The breakfast at the hotel was also enjoyable, with fresh and tasty options available. Although the choice was not extensive, everything was of good quality.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. the location was great as it was close to the beach and many restaurants and clubs. the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The WiFi connection was poor and kept cutting off. the cleaning service could have been better as sand was left on the floor after walking indoors.

This hotel is in an amazing location, right in the center and only a short 6-minute walk to the three beautiful beaches. The room was in good condition and clean, with friendly staff providing great service. The breakfast option was available. The view from some rooms is fantastic, overlooking the sea. the hotel offers free wifi for guests.

One minor downside is that the wifi connection is just okay, not excellent.

Just returned from a 9-night stay at this wonderful hotel. the location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town, with bars, tapas alley, and the walking street just a short walk away. the staff at Mirador del Castillo are incredibly friendly and always greet you with a smile. My single room on the 2nd floor was bright and fresh, with a balcony and a stunning sea view. the bathroom had a powerful walk-in shower. Highly recommend this boutique hotel for a stay in Benidorm.
