When we arrived at O Desvio, we were immediately greeted by a warm and friendly receptionist who provided us with a map and plenty of helpful information. Our room, equipped with modern amenities and stylish decor, was incredibly comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including a special cake that perfectly embodied the flavors of Santiago. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a delicious restaurant made it convenient for us to indulge in tasty dishes, coffee, and wine. Despite the hotel being a bit far from Santiago, we found it easy to commute with the few available buses or by calling a taxi. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and pleasant accommodations.

The room was the best I've had in a month of similarly priced hotels in Spain. I checked in early at 1000 and the receptionist was very accommodating. The hotel is well located for exploring the nearby coastal area as well as the city of Santiago. Transportation options include a bus stop right at the hotel and free off-street parking. The breakfast was plentiful with great bread, meats, and traditional tart. The staff, especially one of the receptionists, was very helpful.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel just outside of Santiago de Compostela. the value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for the clean and comfortable rooms. The attention to detail was evident, as the rooms were spacious, with good facilities such as air conditioning and modern bathrooms. Additionally, the hotel's location in the Santiago area was a great choice, providing a peaceful hideout away from the bustling city while still being conveniently accessible.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault anything.

Located just 4 miles from Santiago de Compostela, this hidden gem offers a peaceful escape from the busy city. Tucked away down a side lane, the hotel's restaurant surprises with its upscale dining experience. The friendly receptionist doubles as a helpful factotum, ensuring a comfortable stay. The modern room features twin queen beds and a top-notch shower. Continental breakfast is included and promptly replenished.

Spent new year in a fantastic hotel located in a quiet area surrounded by great landscapes. the rooms were modern and spotless, and had a free parking area. They also offered a very rich breakfast buffet style and a restaurant opposite the hotel with an amazing local food, wine and coffee that was a bargain.

The hotel is too far from Santiago, and the buses are quite limited. So, it is almost essential to rent a car or call a taxi, which can be quite expensive.

our stay at o desvio was fantastic. after our previous stay in roxos, we were pleasantly surprised by how much better this experience was. the hotel off the main road was a hidden gem with a lovely upmarket restaurant. the room was modern and comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Parking was a bit of a problem.
