This hotel is just perfect, in front of the beach but at the same time separated from the main shops and pubs, which make it calm during the night. I stayed on the plus basis, which was very good value for money, and had its own area of the dining room. The hotel is large, so there are quiet areas away from the daily activities. The service is excellent, with helpful and friendly staff who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the housekeeping staff is friendly and hardworking. The hotel also has great facilities, including a spa, outdoor swimming pool, and entertainment options. this place offers a luxurious and comfortable experience.

While the food options in the buffet were plentiful and tasty, the staff have been repeatedly coming late for breakfast when they were already getting tables ready for lunch. The quality of the cutlery was also subpar, often dirty and cold.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The only minor inconvenience was that the hotel seemed to be understaffed at times, which affected the level of service.

Located near beach & main road, plenty of parking, Spar nearby, energetic entertainment team, excellent customer service, enjoyable late-night entertainment.

Everything was spot on.

In terms of the facilities and amenities, I must say that the breakfast buffet was amazing, especially for someone with a sweet tooth. However, I did notice a few issues with the food. The scrambled eggs were frozen and it seemed like they were made the day before. The buffet heaters were not working properly, resulting in cold dishes. The only time I enjoyed warm food was when I waited for freshly grilled items. Additionally, there was no bainmarie for keeping the food warm.

I felt looked after and had no complaints during my stay.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving break at this hotel. the rooms were clean and nicely decorated, and the toiletries provided were good. the breakfast had a great variety and the beach nearby was stunning. Good value for money as well.

Some areas of the hotel were dated and had broken tiles. the staff had difficulty communicating in English, which made it difficult to ask for assistance.

Beautiful south coast location, 5-10 min walk to stunning beaches. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Delicious and varied food with a snack bar available all day. Convenient and fast service at the bars. Affordable spa center with a separate zone and nice pool.

I had a great stay at the hotel. the staff were helpful and friendly, greeting us wherever we went. the room service was excellent, with the room cleaned thoroughly and refreshed with water. the view of the ocean and beach was amazing, and it only took a short walk to get there. the food at the Canary restaurant was fantastic, especially the breakfast. the pool area was well-maintained with plenty of chairs available. a pleasant experience at the hotel.

No refund was given when we had to cancel our original room due to unforeseen circumstances.

my recent stay in jandia, fuerteventura was incredible. Occidental exceeded my expectations with their friendly staff, beautiful seaview rooms, and a variety of activities to enjoy. I especially loved the refreshing pools and the conveniently located beach. Occidental truly made my stay memorable.
