We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful and clean room with a comfortable bed and pillows. The location was great, with nearby restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets, plus excellent transport links to the city center. The reception desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the cleaning of the rooms was exceptional. We also enjoyed the good breakfast with fresh juice and the all-day availability of juice, fruits, and sweets in the common area.

I would have liked better lighting in the room, as it was necessary to use artificial light due to keeping the blinds down most of the time.

I must also mention the coffee place opposite the hotel, which served exceptional coffee and even offered breakfast options. I had a very good experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

We had a lovely Christmas stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-ventilated with good air conditioning. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of options and the staff were very helpful with dietary requirements. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby bars for a tapas break.

the sauna was a letdown as we had asked staff several times to increase the temperature but it remained locked at a very low temperature.
