the apartment was stunning, with a fantastic location and comfortable amenities. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. the rooftop space was also a beautiful addition. We particularly enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment, the calming interiors, and the presence of yoga mats for our morning stretches. the fresh lemons in the room and the daily refilled bottles of sparkling and still water were lovely touches. Despite being centrally located, the area was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. We highly recommend Ocho Suites for a great stay in Palma!

I was pleasantly surprised by the great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a top-notch TV with English channels. The location was perfect, with the cathedral and a well-stocked supermarket just around the corner. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast delights were slightly lacking in variety.

The suite was spacious and well-designed with a touch of Swedish style. The comfortable bed and high-quality linen were perfect for a good night's sleep. The feather lamps added an opulent atmosphere, and the complimentary yoga mats were a thoughtful gesture. We made full use of them as vegetarians, enjoying the peaceful sessions in the suite. The availability of Netflix allowed us to relax and order excellent, inventive vegan food from Ocho kitchen downstairs. The staff, including the chef, were charmingly helpful and happy to discuss their vision, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the website stating a queen-size bed but receiving two single beds pushed together, and occasional power outages, these were minor inconveniences in an otherwise wonderful experience.
