This hotel is in a great location, close to the marina where there are stunning places to eat and near the port where you can enjoy breathtaking views. It is also conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast buffet offers high-quality options.

Some guests have mentioned a lack of privacy on the balconies, and occasional issues with cigarette smoke entering the rooms.

The pool area was wonderful and there were plenty of beds available. The hotel's location was very convenient, with a bus stop to and from Palma Airport within easy reach. We were also pleased with the close proximity to the beach and the town, where there were great restaurants to choose from.

I recently stayed at Tomir Portals Suites in Mallorca for a relaxing beach getaway. The hotel's location was excellent, being close to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The staff were friendly and always available to help. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the provision of beach umbrellas and towels. The breakfast options were delicious and varied, and the hotel had a modern decor that I loved. Additionally, having a balcony overlooking the pool was a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay at Tomir Portals Suites - Adults Only. The junior suite with a sea view was absolutely stunning and the room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was excellent, with something for everyone's taste. The pool area was well-maintained and had plenty of sun loungers. The bar served delicious food and drinks at reasonable prices. The hotel staff were attentive and had impressive language skills. The location was ideal, with Puerto Portals and beautiful beaches just a short walk away. We were even able to keep our room until 9pm for a small fee on our last day. we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at the hotel and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Slow service at the pool bar.

The rooms were surprisingly spacious and bright, with a small kitchen area and a large fridge. The location of the hotel was also great, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We were able to walk to the beach in just a few minutes.

The customer service we received was not up to par. The staff was not attentive and did not seem to care about our stay.
