The helpfulness of the staff didn't end there - they were always available to assist with any requests, even bringing breakfast to our room at 11 am and providing water at 3 am. Our stay was comfortable and hassle-free, with no issues to report. The hotel is in a perfect location, allowing us to easily walk to the city center, museums, and parks. Despite the lack of views from our room, it didn't affect our overall experience as we were out exploring most of the time. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was excellent, very close to the subway that takes you from-and-to the airport in about 30 minutes. The hotel is situated in a very central neighborhood, in the Salamanca area, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bed and lots of pillows. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary supplies. The service was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious.

The reception staff could have been more friendly and helpful.
