We had a fantastic time at this place! The hotel is located in a lovely old Tobacco factory, just a short walk from the city center. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was modern and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the balcony and the super comfy bed. The hotel also had a cool contemporary arts and cultural center, which added to the overall experience. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

I got great value for my money at One Shot Tabakalera House. The room was clean, stylish, and had everything I needed, including a comfy bed. The location was perfect, right next to the bus station and within walking distance to most attractions. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by including a couple of bottles of water in the room after cleaning. After a few nights out, waking up with a dry mouth was not ideal.

Our Easter weekend stay was enjoyable with two complimentary amenities; the rooftop café/bar provided spectacular views of the city and delicious food, and the art spaces within the building were fascinating. the hotel's proximity to the bus station was a plus, we were able to travel important terrains with ease. the room was comfy, well-maintained, and ostensibly clean.

The design of the lounge area upstairs was not user-friendly and could have been better developed, but the bed and linens were delightful. Another design flaw was the location of the bathroom door and high level of transparency.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being next to the train station, just by the bus station, and close to the cultural center. It was so convenient to be so close to everything that it made exploring the city a breeze. The rooms were comfortable, with luxurious bed linen and plenty of soft pillows. The bathrooms were spacious and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing facilities to make hot drinks in the room and offering bottled water. the hotel had excellent facilities and a convenient location.

In terms of breakfast, the pricing and choice arrangements were overly complicated. It would have been better if they simplified the process to make it easier for guests to enjoy their meals.

I had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and it was truly a memorable experience. The location of this hotel, nestled in a historical building within a cultural center, was absolutely perfect. I loved being able to explore the art galleries and enjoy a cup of coffee on the terrace overlooking the city. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with incredibly high ceilings that added a sense of grandeur. The bed and bed linen were the most comfortable I have ever slept in, providing me with a restful night's sleep. The staff at this hotel were exceptional - Laura and Maria at the reception were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The hotel also offered convenient amenities such as room service, dry cleaning, and laundry services, ensuring that all my needs were taken care of. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Everything was within a ten minute walk, making it ideal for those who enjoy walking everywhere. the staff at the hotel were all helpful and polite, making my stay wonderful. the rooms were beautiful and thoughtfully set up, with stylish touches like the "do not disturb" door sign. I highly recommend the spacious duplex with an upstairs living area.

We had an issue with our room assignment, but they quickly resolved it to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel design is truly stunning, with a modern and unique atmosphere that we loved. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the city center. We also appreciated the large and comfortable beds, as well as the spacious bathroom in our suite. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, beautiful design, and convenient location.
