The B&B was mind-blowing! Everything was automated, making it super convenient. The complimentary coffee, water, juice, and snacks were a jaw-dropping bonus! The comfy bed, good shower. The friendly staff and host, Caroline, made us feel right at home. The new and clean accommodation had a beautiful smell. The spacious rooms with a pool view were so quiet. The location was perfect, halfway between the city center and the beach. We could easily reach attractions like L’Oceanografic through a beautiful park. The manager, María Fernanda, was so helpful and caring. The B&B had soundproof windows, keeping out any noise. We had a truly fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back! No pets allowed.

Missing peace and quiet in the room.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just next to the common area and right next to the relaxing Turia park. It is also close to the bus station, making it convenient for transportation. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good size and a comfortable bed. The staff is helpful and informative, providing great recommendations and advice. Additionally, the hotel offers complimentary drinks and snacks, adding to the overall positive experience.

The soundproofing between rooms is not very good, which can lead to some noise disturbance.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was fantastic - I couldn't believe the affordable prices for such a cozy and comfortable room. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the modern furniture to the pleasant view overlooking the Turia Gardens. The staff were friendly and helpful, with special thanks to David at the desk who gave me great tips for exploring the city. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast included in the stay - a proper Spanish breakfast that surpassed the continental spreads at other hotels.

Our Xmas stay in this B&B was great! We enjoyed the modern décor and the friendly staff. the location was perfect, with the bus stop just outside the door to take us to the main attractions. We were pleasantly surprised to find a pool and were able to relax by it in the afternoons. the lounge area was a nice touch, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee, fresh fruit, and delicious cakes that were available all day.

We noticed some dusty areas in the room that were hard to reach, and the exterior corners of the shower were a bit dirty. Apart from that, we had no other complaints.

We had an excellent break at Opera House Valencia B&B. The room was clean, modern, and well-decorated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. The location was convenient, with easy access to the Turia park and the City of Arts and Sciences. Despite there being no staff on site, they were always contactable and responsive via WhatsApp.
