I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in San Agustin. the staff, including Raquel in the restaurant, were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. Raquel even gave us great recommendations for places to visit on the island. the room was spacious and the breakfast selection was one of the best I've ever experienced. the hotel also had great on-site amenities, like a restaurant and convenience store. it exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

Pleasantly surprised by room quality, facilities and food. Aimed at families with young children, but never felt crowded. Well spread out, easy to avoid entertainment. Good and clean facilities, nice location. Spacious room. Good coffee at Thea's coffee corner. Daily cleaning and pool towels. Nice gym. Kids had great entertainment. Helpful and cheerful staff. Satisfying all-inclusive pack. Large and varied breakfast. Good onsite restaurant and convenience store. Decent selection of nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Easy transportation with bus stop nearby.

The beds were comfortable, the pools were beautiful, and the food was delicious. The baby club was great and our daughter loved it. The spa was absolutely amazing. We also enjoyed the good facilities and the friendly staff, especially Pepe the barman and Sharron the TUI rep. we would highly recommend this hotel for families with children.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and making me feel welcome. The hotel itself was immaculately clean, both the rooms and the rest of the complex. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room - it was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to beautiful beaches and plenty of good restaurants nearby.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the hotel appeared to be understaffed at times, especially considering the number of young children staying there. As a result, it took a bit longer to get around and back to my table during mealtimes.

The pool was refreshing and the beach was just a short walk away. the location was convenient with several restaurants and shops nearby. the room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a romantic escape.

The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful when we had questions or requests. the food was mediocre at best and the drinks were watered down.

The hotel also had a lot to offer in terms of services and amenities. The staff at the reception desk were so friendly and welcoming, even offering me a glass of champagne upon arrival. The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed, including a balcony with stunning views of the ocean. The hotel also had a lovely spa and wellness centre, perfect for some relaxation and pampering. The outdoor swimming pool was a great place to cool off and soak up the sun, and there were also plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
