Spent Easter there. Great for a quiet break but kids wouldn't be impressed. the views of the mountains are stunning and the facilities are amazing. the spa was pristine and the gym was good.

The food was not good - all style and no substance. Bland flavors, small portions and overpriced.

I had a fantastic stay at Coolrooms Palacio De Luces Relais & Chateaux. The hotel had excellent facilities and the personnel were incredibly caring. The rooms were perfect and the service was top-notch. The view from the restaurant was breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel.

This luxurious hotel provided exclusive amenities, such as a fully-equipped Spa & wellness centre, Indoor swimming pool, and Turkish bath that fulfilled my needs for rest and relaxation. the full body massage and steam room were particularly rejuvenating, and the sun terrace offered stunning views of the green surroundings.

Although the service was excellent, the restaurant's food service could be improved with better organization. At dinner, the butter was served in plastic packets which was not up to the 5GL hotel standard.
