We had a wonderful stay at Palacio Urgoiti. the room was spacious and had a nice terrace, perfect for enjoying the views. the cot provided for our baby was comfortable. the hotel's bar and restaurant on the ground floor were very convenient. We loved the beautiful view from the restaurant and the menu options were great. It was especially helpful that they offered room service, which was practical for us with a baby. the reception staff and bistro staff were very attentive and saw to all our needs. the hotel also had a nice pool, which was a bonus. a great hotel for a short stay, with friendly staff and a comfortable room.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it a great base for exploring Bilbao. The rooms are spacious with large bathrooms and decent wifi. The receptionist was helpful in providing recommendations for exploring the city.

It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room for early morning departures.

The breakfast in the bistro was delicious and the reception staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel is also conveniently located near Bilbao airport. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The location of the hotel was great, it was in close proximity to the city center and the airport. the hotel provided wonderful breakfast options and the room were quite spacious and clean.

the staff were not very accommodating to my requests and did not seem very interested in addressing my concerns. I would not recommend this hotel for a winter stay.

The hotel is situated on the hills, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a luxurious stay. We especially loved the terrace area where we could relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant provided delicious meals with a wide range of options to choose from. the service and quality of this hotel exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

We had an incredibly relaxing and quiet stay at Palacio Urgoiti. the staff spoke fantastic English, which was a relief since we couldn't speak any other language. the hotel felt like a home away from home, and we were sad to leave when it came time to check out. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning was quiet. the breakfast and bistro food were great, and the staff provided excellent service. the pool was a nice size and temperature. We also appreciated the complimentary bottles of water, beer, and crisps in the room. the location was ideal, with beautiful views of the surrounding hillsides and easy access to local points of interest.
