As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the contemporary design, spacious bedrooms, and peaceful courtyards. The food was exceptional, with delicious tapas and mouthwatering dishes like the sucking pig and baby lamb. The hotel also had a beautiful swimming pool and a safe underground garage. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The former monastery turned hotel is conveniently situated near the plaza and restaurants, making it a great choice for sightseeing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large bathrooms featuring modern fixtures. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can also enjoy a delicious and varied breakfast each morning.

The food quality can be hit or miss, with occasional issues like finding paper tissue in a salad and serving tough, dry pork.

I had a delightful stay at the Parador De. The room was spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and clean. The spa experience was relaxing, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The restaurant had a fantastic selection of dishes and wines, and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. The hotel's location in a beautiful town, just a short distance from Madrid, was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

Liked the blend of history and modern architecture. the hotel had a stunning design within an old convent. the complimentary bottle of Cava and the friendly reception staff were wonderful surprises. the hotel was in a prime location, with easy access to restaurants and local attractions. the breakfast was consistently good and the beds were very comfortable, allowing us to get a great sleep.

Disliked that the spa amenities like the pool were not included in the treatments and had to be paid for separately. the reception staff were not as welcoming as expected and made a mistake with the room rate on the final invoice, which needed to be challenged.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was modern, high-tech, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, right in the city center, making it easy to explore. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay.
