Located down the hill, this hotel is conveniently situated next to the main plaza, offering easy access to nearby restaurants. The rooms are comfortable with excellent beds and roomy bathrooms. Guests can enjoy stunning views from the hotel, as it is situated right on the edge of the cliff, and adjacent to the cathedral. The service provided by the friendly and helpful staff is commendable.

The parking situation can be challenging, with limited parking available in the square in front of the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. It was so convenient to have all the main attractions and great restaurants within walking distance. The staff here were amazing, always friendly and accommodating. They even helped me with parking arrangements and finding a special spot close by. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I loved spending time on the terrace, enjoying the breathtaking views of the city.

Additionally, the public terraces and indoor public room also provided excellent vantage points to soak up the stunning views. Another advantage was the convenient location of the hotel, with easy access to public parking and a shuttle minibus, making it hassle-free to explore the town.

One negative aspect of my stay was the understaffed front desk, which resulted in a lack of welcoming and efficient service. It would have been better if there were more staff available to assist guests.
