The location is perfect, right by the footbridge with easy access to the old town. The room and bathroom were spacious and there was even a sitting room area. The dedicated parking bay in the garage was a bonus.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, right in front of a historic bridge and with beautiful scenic views all around. The staff were amazing, especially the gentleman at the reception desk who provided us with great service and information about the area. The room amenities were perfect, with everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable, including a mini-bar and in-room safe. The restaurant was fantastic and we enjoyed both our dinner and breakfast there. The leisure facilities were also great, with a sauna, fitness studio, and a lovely outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in a beautiful scenic area.

During my New Year's stay at this hotel, I appreciated the two complementary bottles of water and chocolates in the room. the view of the gorge from the terrace was breathtaking and made my stay unforgettable. the hotel's location, close to the historic town and local amenities, was a plus.

The bed was uncomfortably hard, making it difficult for me to sleep at night. I also found the temperature in the room to be too cold, and the heater was not working properly.

We had a fabulous weekend at a hotel in a perfect location. The Parador was directly at the bridge to walk to the old city, making it convenient for exploring. The heating in the room was excellent, which was important for our stay in January. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the gorge, bridge, and hanging houses. The male receptionist provided great service during check-in and check-out.

While the hotel had a beautiful and elegant atmosphere, we found the welcome to be lacking in genuine warmth. We also had some difficulty with parking, as the parking lot had abandoned cars and it was challenging to find the hotel in the maze of one-way and restricted streets.
