I had a marvelous stay at this hotel! the view of Lake Sau and the mountains from my room's balcony was truly breathtaking. the staff, especially Jorge, the reception manager, was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. the highlight of my trip was the walk to the Monastir de Sant Pere de Casserres, which was conveniently located near the hotel. It was a peaceful and enjoyable experience, with the opportunity to tour the monastery and take in the beauty of the historic property at my own pace. the cafeteria/restaurant at the hotel was also very good.

This place is located in a beautiful rural area, perched on cliffs above the lake. It offers a perfect tranquil location to relax and get away from city life. The staff here provided excellent service, with room service, laundry, and wake up service available. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I loved the terrace, where I could enjoy the breathtaking view. The in-room safe and hairdryer were also convenient. The dining options were great, with a restaurant offering delicious buffet breakfasts and special diet menus.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a wonderful time at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely stunning, nestled in the midst of nature and offering a perfect tranquil spot to relax. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, overlooking the ravine and lake. It was so peaceful and serene, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

We encountered a minor issue with a grumpy staff member in the restaurant, but it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment of this fantastic hotel. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and tranquil getaway.

Spent xmas at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. the rooms were comfortable and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary toiletries. the views from the hotel were stunning, with a picturesque lake and surrounding hills. We also enjoyed spending time in the cozy lounge area, complete with a fireplace and plenty of comfy seating.

Although we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a few negatives. the restaurant was quite expensive, with limited menu options.

We had a wonderful stay at the Parador, with impressive facilities and a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding ravine from our balcony. the room was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic bathroom. the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide range of food and great coffee. the staff, especially Jorge at reception, were incredibly helpful and friendly. the location is isolated yet easy to reach by car, and we also enjoyed visiting the nearby monastery.
