I recently stayed at a lovely apartment in Tenerife for a week. The location was perfect, with local restaurants, surf schools, and main surf spots within walking distance. The apartment itself was spotless and newly refurbished, with all utilities working perfectly. The bathroom was brand new and the resort was very well-maintained and quiet. The pool area was excellent, with plenty of sun loungers and protection from windy days. The owner was friendly and caring, making sure our stay was comfortable. I would definitely come back here or try another one of their apartments in the future.

Stayed at a fantastic holiday spot with a pristine apartment, comfortable beds, and a beautiful pool view. Close to shops, bars, and the beach. Communication with the host was great.

I had a fantastic stay at 4 Santiago Playa Tenerife Estudio. The newly refurbished apartment was in great condition, with all utilities working perfectly. The bathroom was brand new and the overall cleanliness of the resort was impressive. The pool area was excellent and well-maintained, and there were plenty of sun loungers available. The location of the resort couldn't have been better - within walking distance to local restaurants, surf schools, and main surf spots. The owner was very friendly and attentive to our comfort. I would definitely consider returning to this apartment or trying out other properties owned by the same individual.

The location of the apartment is excellent, with the beach just across the road and shopping nearby. There is also a supermarket next door. The pool area is fabulous, with plenty of sun loungers. The bedroom TV has sky news, itv, and bbc channels. The apartment also has a microwave, washing machine, and iron. The owners are nice and friendly. Despite being beside the pool, there was no noise.

Felt well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.

The location of the apartment was perfect, right on the seafront and just a short walk to restaurants nearby. We loved being able to stroll along the beach promenade and explore the shops and bars in the area. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with a spacious living area and a terrace that offered a great view of the beach. We also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket right outside the complex, where we could grab fresh pastries every morning.

One small downside was that there was no maid service during our stay, so we had to rely on our own cleaning.
