The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, beaches, and bars all within a short walk. The food places were amazing and offered great value. The accommodation exceeded expectations, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaners did an amazing job every day. Special mention to the New World Chinese restaurant at the beachfront for the best Chinese food ever, and the restaurant above the supermarket opposite for incredible food with fantastic vegetarian options.

We loved the sea view room and the convenient location near the beach, bars, supermarket, and restaurants. The 24-hour reception was helpful for our early checkout. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. The pool area was attractive, and it was a great spot to swim and sunbathe after a day at the beach or in town. The beach by the old town was perfect for snorkeling.

Ideal location near everything, quiet. Supermarket across the road, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Apartments clean, good size, well equipped, comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water, towels changed every other day.

We had a fantastic time on our family vacation to Lanzarote. The location of our hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and all the bars and restaurants. We especially enjoyed spending evenings at The Bucket List pub nearby. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the pool. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel also had a pool bar offering tasty food. The only downside was the limited menu and the language barrier with the servers.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right beside the sea with restaurants nearby, and it was near to the beach. The rooms were large and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice couch. The hotel facilities were great, with a pool area and comfy sun loungers. The staff were very pleasant and the maid service was excellent. We also enjoyed the yummy food at the restaurant.

The location of this hotel was excellent, with easy access to the beach, shops, bars, and restaurants. I never had to worry about getting up early to secure a sun lounger as there were plenty available for everyone. the value for money was also good, making it an affordable option for a relaxing family holiday.

The dated and tired rooms. the shower was occasionally freezing cold and the towels were overly fluffy, which made them stick to your skin.

We had a fantastic time at Apartamentos Parque Tropical. Our stay was for a week and our purpose was to relax and enjoy the beach. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. The pool area was lovely and not crowded. We also loved the tasty pizzas at the on-site restaurant. The location was perfect, close to the beach and bars, yet quiet at night. Both the reception and cleaning staff were excellent. highly recommended!

I recently stayed at this fantastic apartment complex in Puerto del Carmen. The location was perfect, just a two-minute walk from the main strip and not up any hills. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room exceeded my expectations with its spaciousness. The pool was clean and not too crowded, and there was a local supermarket conveniently located across the road. it was great value for money and I would definitely book here again.

I had a lovely stay at the apartments in Puerto del Carmen. the location was perfect, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. the staff was very nice and accommodating. the apartment itself exceeded my expectations, as I was pleasantly surprised to find a big bedroom instead of a studio. the pool area was clean and met all of my needs. it was a great value for the price I paid, and I would definitely book here again if I return to Puerto del Carmen.

As young people, we loved the clean and comfortable apartments, perfect for families. The pool area was always spotless, and the location was ideal with a supermarket, restaurants, and shops nearby. It was just a short walk to the main beach and all the bars and restaurants in Puerto del Carmen. The staff was incredibly helpful, allowing us to have a late checkout when our flights were delayed, and making our stay with our small baby much easier. We will definitely be coming back!
