The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the old town, close to everything we wanted to see. The rooms were clean and well-furnished with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were modern and the showers were great. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh products from the local market. Additionally, the hotel had a computer room, tea and coffee facilities, and a lounge area for guests to use.

Some of the restaurant chairs were not very comfortable to share.

A couple of sweet little Easter eggs were delivered to our room, and a drinks voucher was given at check-in. the hotel's location in the heart of the action was perfect and there were plenty of restaurants and bars in the immediate area. the included breakfast was a tasty bonus.

The noise level outside the hotel was unbearable at night over Easter due to the party atmosphere. It was impossible to get any sleep until the early hours of the morning.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city center, just steps away from the bustling market and main attractions. The rooms are beautifully designed with modern touches and the enclosed balconies offer a great view of the old town. The staff goes above and beyond, making you feel pampered and spoiled. And let's not forget about the breakfast, with its homemade jams that are simply delicious.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly accommodating and attentive to my needs. Despite arriving earlier than expected and with a knee injury, they made sure I was comfortable and quickly prepared a spacious and beautifully comfortable room for me. The room itself was large with lovely windows overlooking the market and a relaxing balcony. Throughout my stay, the staff, especially Sara, Christine, and Maria. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

As young people, we loved the sleek and modern lobby and overall decor of the hotel. The restaurant was outstanding, with delicious food and a 4-star rating. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the historic center, close to restaurants, bars, and all the sights. The room was spacious with beautiful views, and the bathroom was clean and had a wonderful view of the surrounding streets and mountains.
