The 24-hour front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. On our arrival, they kindly provided us with an extra key, so we didn't have to play a game of hide-and-seek with it. It felt like having a personal concierge, but without the fancy uniforms.

If you need to stock up on supplies, there is also a supermarket nearby. The rooms are modern and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds and spotlessly clean facilities. The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout your stay.

One downside is that the rooms can be on the smaller side, which may be challenging for taller individuals or those with large bags.

The location of Pension San Martin was perfect for exploring the old town of San Sebastian. It was within easy walking distance and also conveniently close to the bus stop for transportation to and from the airport. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always willing to provide any additional items we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities we required. The daily room cleaning and towel changes were an added bonus.

We had a wonderful stay at Pension San Martin. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus station, the beach, and the charming old town. The room was cozy and clean, and we slept really well during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the local information we needed. And to top it off, we enjoyed free coffee and tea throughout the day. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in a great location.

I had never stayed in a pension before, but was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel! The location was great, just a short walk to the historic old town. The city itself was beautiful, with stunning buildings, a fabulous old town, and amazing beaches. And the bars with tapas and pintxos were a foodie's paradise!

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the central location and proximity to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The recently renovated rooms were tastefully decorated and very clean. The wi-fi connection was good, and the air-conditioning was a welcome feature. The free access to coffee/tea on each floor was a big plus.

They provided great information about the area and made our stay pleasant. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was in the middle of the shopping center and just a 5-minute walk to the old town, restaurants, and the railway station. It was very convenient to explore the city from there.

The rooms were definitely too small, especially for two people. There was not enough space to move around comfortably, and it was also difficult to find a place to work.
