we recently stayed at the lovely Petit Palace in the heart of the old quarter. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the front desk, particularly Ana, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early when my husband wasn't feeling well after our flight, which was greatly appreciated. the location of the hotel couldn't have been better, with attractions, restaurants, and even a small supermarket right next door. Our room overlooked the plaza and was clean and serviced daily. the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options and great coffee and fresh juice.

I had a great time staying here! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old city center with the San Marco market just across the street. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious and comfortable. I also liked that they offered room service, car and bike rentals, and tour assistance.

The hotel was incredibly clean and well-maintained. We loved the tri-shower options in our room, which included a rain shower, nozzle, and three spray options. The staff was extremely helpful, especially for English speakers like us. The hotel's location on a quieter main street, Calle Mayor, was superb. We had plenty of options for eateries and shops nearby. There was even a small food market next door and a larger grocery store just a block away. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to walk to all the major cultural attractions. Additionally, a short cab ride took us to the airport.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city center. You’ll be steps away from all the cool sights, museums, shops, and dining experiences the city has to offer. The cute small food market located a block away is a must-visit and the larger grocery store just down the street is very convenient. The rooms are cozy, clean, and modern with very comfy beds. The staff is super friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your stay is perfect.

Some rooms may not have the best natural light due to the size and position of windows.

The hotel offered complementary drinks and appetizers in the evening and a coffee and pastry station in the morning. the location of the hotel was perfect for Thanksgiving, just a short walk from the parade and festivities. the room was spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day of celebrating.

The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. the noise from street traffic could be heard in the room, leading to a less restful night's sleep.
