Water noises from above were bothersome!!! Limited amenities like no teaspoons and inadequate shower design!!! The dirty floor and poor shower water control need attention!!! Expect some noise disturbances from the reception area!!!

Great Location with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed a prime location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet offered delightful options for all tastes, which was a highlight of our stay. However, the room's unpleasant smell and heat were disappointing. Be sure to check the room temperature before settling in.

The location near major attractions was fantastic, making sightseeing easy. The spacious family room provided ample space for our luggage, which was a relief while navigating the bustling streets. Breakfast stood out with a delicious Manchego ratatouille and a good variety of other options, keeping us satisfied each morning. On the downside, the shower lacked convenient storage for toiletries, and finding a parking spot nearby was a bit of a challenge.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from all the major sights. The spacious bathroom was great for our family, and the breakfast spread, especially the various pastries, kept the kids happy every morning.

My kids wished the top bunk wasn’t so high!

i really love staying at petit palace. the breakfast buffet is fantastic with scrambled eggs and pastries. it’s so close to the san miguel mercado and stores restocking early in the morning. my room was comfy and well-insulated, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

However, the shower lacked a convenient place for shampoo and soap, which was slightly inconvenient.
