The staff are friendly, helpful and available around the clock. A great buffet breakfast is served daily and there are nice touches like a card and sweets to mark international women's day. Bikes and helmets are available for guests to borrow for a more enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel's unbeatable location. Situated on a small pedestrian street between Plaza Mayor and Plaza Sol, we were right in the heart of all the action. The hotel was close to Plaza Mayor, and we found it to be in the center of everything while still offering a relatively quiet atmosphere.

This hotel is located in the heart of the historical city near everything we could want, including the royal palace and main squares. Despite being in a bustling area, the rooms are comfortable and provide quality sleep on firm mattresses. The staff is friendly and helpful all the time, and a plate of fruit is a nice surprise on arrival.

The fittings in the rooms are not quite up to the level of a 4-star hotel.

I recently stayed at Petit Palace in Madrid for 4 nights. The hotel's location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. The staff provided excellent service, from accommodating my early arrival to assisting with charging my phone. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and spacious. I appreciated the small touches, like the card and sweets for International Women's Day, as well as the availability of bikes for guests. it made my stay in Madrid a great experience.

We loved staying here because it is located directly in the center of the old city, making it convenient to walk to all the major sites and explore the charming streets of the area. As young holiday goers, we loved the prime location just steps away from Plaza Mayor and within walking distance of the Prado museum and the royal palace. The English speaking staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold options. The rooms were clean, well equipped, and well maintained.

We had a lovely romantic escape with my partner. the hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and restaurants. We appreciated the two complimentary drinks we received upon arrival and the delicious breakfast that included a wide variety of options. the room was cozy and the bed was comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep.

The room was quite small and lacked storage space, which made it a bit difficult to move around. the bathroom was quite cramped and could benefit from some renovations.
