The hotel is located in a lively neighborhood with great tapas bars and is conveniently close to the historical city center. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the WiFi works great. The hotel also offers a towel policy where you can reuse your towel if you want to, but they will change it if you leave it on the floor.

I did notice that there was a semi-transparent swinging door in the bathroom that couldn't be closed properly, which might make some guests uncomfortable with their privacy.

We had an amazing experience at Petit Palace. the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was more than adequate. the location of the hotel was excellent, allowing us to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Valencia. the room we stayed in was surprisingly spacious and comfortable for the four of us. We even requested a cot guard for the top bunk, and it was promptly fitted for us. there was a huge underground car park conveniently located across the road. We highly recommend this hotel for its great value and pet-friendly policy.

I had a fabulous stay at Petit Palace Ruzafa. The family room on the 5th floor had a lovely view with a small balcony. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage in the room. The bathroom was great with good water pressure and provided soap and shampoo. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and had a variety of options including healthy choices like smoothies. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

One drawback was that the toilet space in the room was smaller compared to the Petit Palace in Madrid. However, this was a minor inconvenience and didn't significantly impact my overall experience.

We loved the fantastic service, pet-friendly atmosphere, great location, and beautiful view from the terrace. The hotel made travelling with our pet a breeze. The staff was extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. The Ruzafa neighborhood was charming and conveniently close to central areas.

The hotel’s bikes were also free of charge, which allowed us to discover the city with ease and explore a nearby park. Aside from this, the location was central, and we had easy access to the city's restaurants and shops.

The bathroom door was a significant issue as it was see-through with no lock and had a one-inch gap around it. This was not a great feature for a “high tech hotel” which meant we would not stay again based solely on that door.

It was also within walking distance to the commercial center and cathedral area, making it convenient for sightseeing and shopping. the room was comfortable and had ample storage space, and the en suite bathroom was spacious with a great hot shower. Plus, the staff were always friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome upon arrival.

The check-in process was a bit lengthy, requiring unnecessary details like email addresses. However, it didn't affect the overall stay.
