The hotel was surprisingly well-renovated and clean. the beds were comfortable and the room had a modern layout. the restaurant downstairs was lovely and the food was delicious.

The room was a little cold and there were no extra blankets available. some of the staff members were not fluent in English, but they made an effort to help and were very friendly.

Great value for your money and the room was clean and tidy with a spacious bed. The location was convenient for public transportation and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

The morning meal could have had more options for breakfast.

The hotel facilities were also top-notch, offering comfortable beds and a good shower with a hairdryer. The location was perfect, as it was close to the train station and a bustling pedestrian shopping area. Being in the city center, I had a wide variety of restaurants to choose from right on the street nearby. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, even though their English skills were limited. They were friendly, accommodating, and helped me find some much-needed tea.

It's conveniently located within walking distance of attractions and there's a cafe downstairs where you can grab a quick bite to eat. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and good showers. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast served in the basement cafe is delicious.

Some guests with mobility issues may find the stairs leading down to the elevator a bit challenging.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Picos De Europa in Santander. The room was clean and had all the basic facilities I needed. Located on the main drag, with easy access through the Bar Picos de Europa. Immaculate lobby, efficient check-in, and exceptional rooms. Good storage space, a wonderful bath tub, and a comfortable bed. the AC and Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the location was excellent for exploring.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The recently renovated building gave it a modern and sleek look. Our room was surprisingly spacious, exceeding our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. One of our favorite parts was the hotel's cafe, which served delicious food in generous portions. We especially enjoyed their excellent selection of wines, particularly the Reserve Rioja. It quickly became our go-to spot for meals and drinks during our stay. We highly recommend it!
