Great location, nice facilities - especially the pool area. Lots of activities and shows for kids. Good spa with a variety of treatments. Buffets offer good food options. Receptionist Belen deserves special mention, very efficient. a pleasant stay. 🌟

We had an unbeatable location, walking distance to popular attractions like Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, and Oxford Street for shopping. The apartment was very clean and had great facilities, including free wifi, a secure code entry, and a fully equipped kitchen. The owner/manager was incredibly helpful and made check-in and check-out seamless.

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right down the promenade and close to the beach and bars. We loved being able to easily walk to all the attractions in the area, including a stunning castle at the end of the promenade. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with all the amenities we could ask for, including a balcony and in-room safe. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The restaurant had a great buffet breakfast, and the poolside snack bar was perfect for a quick bite. The spa and wellness center was a highlight of our stay, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. we were impressed with the comfort and quality of service provided at this luxuriously appointed hotel.

We would highly recommend this hotel to friends.
