Great location, nice facilities - especially the pool area. Lots of activities and shows for kids. Good spa with a variety of treatments. Buffets offer good food options. Receptionist Belen deserves special mention, very efficient. a pleasant stay. 🌟

Had a great Xmas break at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated right on the beach with stunning sea views. The water park was a hit with the kids, providing endless hours of fun. The staff were fantastic, always friendly and helpful. The variety of food on offer was great, with something to suit everyone's taste buds.

The beds were quite uncomfortable, resulting in a few restless nights. The hotel could benefit from more English speaking staff to help with communication.

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right down the promenade and close to the beach and bars. We loved being able to easily walk to all the attractions in the area, including a stunning castle at the end of the promenade. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with all the amenities we could ask for, including a balcony and in-room safe. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The restaurant had a great buffet breakfast, and the poolside snack bar was perfect for a quick bite. The spa and wellness center was a highlight of our stay, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. we were impressed with the comfort and quality of service provided at this luxuriously appointed hotel.
