The installations, including the spa, were nice and well-maintained. The staff were very charismatic and provided excellent service. The price/quality ratio was also great. The rooms and the rest of the hotel were clean and met all the sanitary requirements. We were impressed with the size of the room, which was very big, even though we were alone. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, including hot dishes, eggs, bread, cheese. The hotel also provided free WiFi, which was a convenient perk. We found the hotel to be conveniently located near the train and bus stations, making transportation easy. To go to the city center, we just had to take a bus, and the bus stop was easy to find. When we asked for laundry service, they kindly delivered it to our room.

I was delighted with the stylish and comfortable design of the hotel. From the glass wine cabinet in the lobby to the see-through ensuite bathroom, every aspect was thoughtfully designed. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the SkyBar's rooftop terrace was a great spot to relax. The dining options, including the wine cellar, provided satisfactory results. the hotel offered excellent value for money.

My room had a window that faced a lightwell, with one window partially blocked by an outside wall. The air-conditioning barely worked, and even with the windows open, the room became unbearably hot.

The Christmas decorations were lovely and cozy, and the staff who greeted us were friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, as it was close to the beach and shopping areas. the breakfast offered a decent selection and was a perfect way to start our day.

The room was quite small and cramped, and the bathroom door only pulled across without locking, which was awkward when sharing the room with a friend. The noise level was also a major issue.

The Plaza hotel was fantastic! We had a great experience during our stay. the beds were very comfy and the pillows were excellent. the location of the hotel was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the nearby attractions. the restaurant offered good food and great value, especially for lunch. We also enjoyed having coffee and croissants at the bar in the mornings. the room was spacious, clean, and had a refrigerator. We also loved using the heavenly spa downstairs.
