Great location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and reasonable prices. We booked a room with a balcony and got four of them, including one from the bathroom. The high ceilings and French doors added a touch of elegance. The hotel is centrally located, close to the Alhambra and surrounded by bars and restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of this beautiful city. The location was perfect, right on the Plaza Nueva, with easy access to the Alhambra, Cathedral, and amazing tapas bars. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a cozy and clean room that had comfortable beds and three big windows offering a great view. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially during my late check-in. The breakfast was delicious, like homemade food, and a great way to start the day before exploring the city.

Nothing, all was good

I loved the view from my room, with three big windows facing the main plaza and attractions. The soundproof windows made it peaceful at night, despite the central location. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom even had a window. Additionally, there were plenty of taxis available at the plaza, which made transportation convenient.

It was all superb.

Great value for the price, and perfect location for exploring all the city has to offer. the staff were helpful and accommodating, even offering complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle service. the comfortable beds allowed for a good night's sleep after a long day of meetings.

The noise from the street outside was very disruptive and made it difficult to sleep at night. the air conditioning was also unreliable, and the room was either too hot or too cold.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the main attractions. The hotel is located on a bustling square, surrounded by the best tapas bars and the famous street of tea shops. The bus stop to the Alhambra is also very close by. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the cathedral. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel also had free internet access and convenient facilities such as a garage.

The hotel lacked a safe in our room, but the staff quickly offered us a superior room with extra balconies and a bath.

We stayed at Hotel Plaza Nueva for 3 days and it was perfect for exploring. The location is fantastic, right next to shops, bars, and restaurants. The penthouse family room with a terrace had beautiful views and great value for money. The host was friendly and check-in, although a bit lengthy, was worth it. The hotel even had a free coffee and hot chocolate machine in the lobby, a nice touch.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the perfect location, just across the street from the Alhambra. The staff made it easy for us to arrive by car, meeting us and helping us park in a nearby garage. All the receptionists we encountered were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English. The hotel's charm and style, with high ceilings, added to our overall experience. The price for breakfast was reasonable, and the selection of pastries, fruit, cheeses, and hot eggs and bacon was delicious.
