I found this hotel online with no reviews, as it was recently opened. The receptionists were exceedingly helpful and sorted all our needs. The spacious, clean rooms were taken care of by the maids as soon as we left. The street noise was minimal when the windows were closed, thanks to the soundproofing. The hotel is well placed for getting around, with a nearby metro station. We had a great break and would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a perfect stay at Pol & Grace. The hotel's location was ideal, close enough to the city center to easily access it, but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to meet my needs, including providing me with a needle and thread when I needed it. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a luxurious. The hotel even left a lovely note wishing us a happy wedding anniversary, which was a thoughtful touch. I will definitely recommend Pol & Grace to others.

The hotel is conveniently close to the center, with two metro stops nearby and an 8 euro taxi ride to the city center. The rooms are modern with huge comfy beds, and the staff provide excellent customer service. There is a lovely terrace on the roof, and the shower has great water pressure. Additionally, the location is in a quiet area but very well located for easy access to the city.

The breakfast could have been better, as it was not exceptional and the coffee was self-service out of a machine.
