We had a fantastic time at Portaventura! The hotel's renovated rooms were clean and comfortable, with huge bathrooms. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to the parks. Despite a few minor issues, overall I would recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right next to the train station and just a stone's throw away from the beach. I was also thrilled to discover that it was situated right next to the park, making it incredibly convenient for me to explore all the attractions. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning design that added to the overall luxurious atmosphere. The rooms were equipped with top-notch amenities, including heating and air conditioning, and even had a lovely terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view. Oh, and let's not forget about the fantastic staff who were always there to assist me with any questions or requests.

Though the overall experience was fantastic, I must say that the service at the food area was a bit slow. However, I would still highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel we stayed at was conveniently located near the theme park, making it easy for us to access the rides and attractions. Additionally, we found the room to be spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was delicious. We also enjoyed the pool area, which simulated a Caribbean beach and provided a relaxing atmosphere.

We were disappointed to find that the vending machine in the hotel was broken, and there was no drinking water available in our room. It would have been more convenient if the hotel provided complimentary water or had a minibar option.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully refurbished. We loved the fact that our family room had two double beds, a TV, a mini fridge, and great storage options. The buffet restaurant was fantastic with a wide variety of delicious food, and the option to dine outside by the lake was a treat. The pools were picturesque and refreshing, and there were plenty of sunbeds without the need to reserve them early in the morning. The hotel's location right at the entrance of the park was perfect, and our room key gave us easy access. our stay was amazing and we would definitely return for a longer vacation in the future.

Although we had a fantastic experience overall, there were a few drawbacks. The air conditioning in the rooms was not consistent, and it would often cut out during the night, making it quite hot to sleep.

The hotel offered a great breakfast that was included in the price. the pool was also very nice and clean. the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to major attractions and easy to get around. Another advantage was the friendly staff who were always willing to help.

There were several downsides to our Christmas stay. the hotel lacked good organization.
