I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. Arturo provided exceptional customer service, going out of his way to ensure everything was taken care of. The location was great, close to restaurants and a train station. The apartment itself was spacious, with plenty of room for our teenagers. It had all the necessary facilities, including air conditioning in every room and a well-equipped kitchen. Additionally, the security measures in place, such as the entry with security codes and phone contact, made us feel safe and secure.

The apartment had a spacious living area and is located near the Retiro park and main art galleries. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and the apartment was very clean. There was enough space for our family of 5 adults with the two bedrooms and sofa-bed in the living area. The building is easy to locate and surrounded by places to eat. Short walk from the metro station, with easy access to the city center.

Having an en-suite bathroom was a great convenience. The location was perfect, as it was in the heart of the old town and close to several places to eat. Additionally, it was only a short walk to the train station and transportation options. this apartment provided excellent cleanliness, facilities, and a convenient location.

My recent stay at Apartment Prado in Madrid was fantastic. I stayed for a week and enjoyed the apartment's amazing location. It was situated near Prado Museum and El Retiro Park, as well as other incredible museums. The metro station was within a short walking distance, but I found it convenient to explore the city on foot. There were also plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, giving me a chance to indulge in delicious meals. Additionally, the apartment was well-equipped and spacious, perfect for accommodating my family of teenagers.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our New Year's stay. It was right in the heart of the city, close to shops, restaurants, and the famous Prado museum. We were able to explore the beautiful city of Madrid easily from this central location. Additionally, the apartment was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay more enjoyable.

One downside of our stay was the noise level at night. The thin walls of the apartment complex allowed us to hear noise from neighboring apartments and the street below.
