We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and bathrooms. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful rooftop terrace offering stunning views of the city. The location was perfect, right off Gran Via near Primark and close to the metro, making it easy to explore all the major sites like Palacio Real and The Prado. We couldn't have asked for more.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city center. It was directly opposite a metro station, which made it easy to get around and explore. We were able to visit all the famous tourist places nearby. The room was spacious and had a large wardrobe, and the bathroom was well equipped with a good amount of space for toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant.

The internet connection in the room was not reliable enough.

I really got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was fantastic - trendy, clean, with a comfy bed and an amazing rain shower. The location was perfect, just steps away from Gran Via and close to all the major attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The breakfast offerings could use a little improvement.

The rooms are basic, but they are clean and have a great decor, with small balconies offering views of Gran Vía. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. Plus, the breakfast included in the price is a nice touch, with a view over the bustling pedestrian zone.
