We absolutely loved our stay at this four-star hotel. The location is perfect, with easy access to transportation options into the city center, Parque Warner theme park, and Pinto train station. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The room amenities were outstanding, including a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable sitting area. We also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, as it allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel offers a range of services and facilities, such as room service, car hire, and laundry.

The staff at the reception and breakfast lounge were very welcoming and provided excellent service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely designed, with the option to access a kitchen and a lounge area. The cleaning staff was polite and discreet, ensuring that the rooms remained in top condition. Underground parking was available, adding convenience for guests. It felt safe to walk around the area.

The neighborhood where the hotel is located was very nice and peaceful, with several shops and green spaces nearby. the breakfast was plentiful and diverse, with tasty pastries and delicious coffee. the rooms were spacious, well-decorated, and provided enough amenities to make the stay comfortable.

The Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable, making it difficult to work from the room. the staff was unhelpful and sometimes rude.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff at the reception were extremely welcoming and provided excellent service. the breakfast lounge staff were also great, ensuring a pleasant start to the day. the room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with lovely window curtains that blocked out sunlight perfectly. I felt very safe in the surrounding area and enjoyed going for walks in the nearby park and Plaza Eboli. a fantastic experience.
