The hotel was extremely impressive and opulent, with spacious suites and ample storage. The staff at reception were very helpful, and any requests were promptly attended to. The provision of a small kitchen with a microwave, kettle, and tea-making facilities was a major benefit. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options to choose from.

The evening meals at the hotel were repetitive and not of great quality, considering the hotel's five-star rating. There were also long queues for fresh meat and fish, as there was only one cook responsible for preparing both types of dishes.

The location is great for wheelchair users, with good walking either direction and lots of excellent restaurants nearby. The room is spacious and has a fridge, sink, tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast selection is extensive, with a great choice. The hotel also has a clean and safe indoor soft play area and an outdoor play area for kids.

Some of the rooms at the hotel can be noisy in the morning due to the noise made by cleaning staff moving the coffee tables.

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to Marina Rubicon where there is a fantastic choice of restaurants. the hotel is located on the sea front promenade, providing beautiful views. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped bathroom. The service is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offers a great selection of food.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Princesa Yaiza for a week-long family getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the luxurious ambiance and exceptional service. The spacious rooms provided the perfect comfort, and the variety of dining options were outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the indoor tropical garden was a unique and beautiful touch. We miss this hotel already and highly recommend it to others.

The hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere. The suites were faultless with beautiful sea views. The outdoor space was plenty with a good choice of pools and many sunbeds. The staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful.

Had an amazing Christmas holiday here with my family. the food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets. the location of the hotel was perfect, right by the beach and within walking distance to the harbor and town. We also loved the fact that the hotel provided a pushchair, crib, baby monitor, and secure windows in our room, making our stay even more convenient and worry-free.

That some of the facilities opened rather late, which was a bit inconvenient, especially with a toddler. the buffet dinner not allowing guests in until 6pm was odd for us, as we usually eat earlier with our little one.

We had a fantastic family stay at Princesa Yaiza. The staff was amazing, and the children entertainment was excellent. The hotel is right by the ocean with a beautiful sandy beach. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, including some within the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the layout was brilliant for families. The resort never felt crowded, and there were lots of pools and playgrounds for the kids. We would definitely come back again.

I recently spent Easter at a hotel in Playa Blanca and had a fantastic experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel like part of the family. the location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach with a lovely promenade for walks. I also loved the fact that the hotel had a clean and safe indoor soft play area, which was perfect for keeping the kids entertained.

The room I was initially given. It was a bit outdated and didn't match the rest of the hotel.

The beach was really close to the hotel and we enjoyed spending time there. the buffet breakfast was tasty and had a lot of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was great as we were able to walk to many restaurants and shops in the area.

The staff in the children's club seemed overwhelmed and underprepared. the service at the pool bar was really slow and it took a long time to get drinks.

The hotel provided everything I needed to have a luxurious and relaxing vacation. the spa and wellness center was exceptional and the treatments were top-notch. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were pristine and the sun terrace featured comfortable sun loungers. the restaurants served delicious meals, especially the buffet breakfast and special diet menus.

The only minor issue I encountered was the slow service at the snack bar. Despite this, my needs were met for a luxurious stay and I would highly recommend this hotel for its exclusive amenities and exceptional service.
