The lifeguard at the pool, Miguel, was outstanding. Always attentive and keeping the pool area clean and safe. He even helped find sunbeds for us when it was busy. A true asset to the hotel.

The breakfast had a decent variety and was pretty good. The pool area was nice, with enough space to sunbathe and a bar where you could order drinks and food. The location was also good, just a short walk away from the beach and close to bus stops.

The room was a bit small and outdated, and the cleaning wasn't up to scratch. The bathroom had some visible mould, which was a real turn-off.

This hotel is a great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, close enough to walk into the bay and nightlife of San Antonio, as well as being within easy reach of the beach promenade and the center of town. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities are all provided. The rooms with a terrace, like in the pictures, were kept very clean. Plus, breakfast is included, which is a nice bonus.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to the vibrant center of the city, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice view from the balcony. The staff is polite and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a variety of options, both hot and cold, and the pool area is superb, with a large pool and a bar that serves delicious cocktails at a reasonable price.

The ironing service provided by the hotel is quite expensive, as it costs 5 euros for just one t-shirt. It would be more convenient if they had irons available for guests to use, as this would save both time and money.

Comfortable beds, nice pool and balcony, variety in breakfast, daily room cleaning and fresh towels, friendly pool staff.

The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of sun loungers available and music playing all day. It was very spacious and well kept by a lovely lifeguard who made sure everyone could find a sunbed. The hotel’s location was perfect - away from the busy parts but still within walking distance of all the attractions. The rooms were nice and clean, with a modern and spacious design. The breakfast served at the hotel was a highlight, with plenty of choice and both hot and cold options available. this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely recommend it.

amazing customer service, Stephanie went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The hotel had a great location, close to the strip and nightclubs. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean with a convenient on-site shop. The pool area was lively with good music and delicious food.

We had a lovely stay at a clean hotel with a fantastic pool area. The pool bar was a great addition, and there were plenty of loungers for us to enjoy. The breakfast was good and not too crowded. We appreciated that the hotel wasn't filled with rowdy clubbers, but still had the perfect amount of poolside music. The staff was very helpful, and having a supermarket on-site was very convenient. We would definitely choose to stay at Puchet again for an inexpensive and clean hotel experience.
